BrainDock

Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

Who this is for

BrainDock is a private personal organiser provided to a single authorised account holder. It is not offered to the public, and sign-in is restricted to one pre-approved Google account per installation. If you are not that account holder, you have no right of access to this site.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own personal organisation. Do not attempt to access another person's installation or data, circumvent the sign-in restriction, or use the service to store unlawful material.

Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of uptime, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Automatic restore points are kept and can be restored from Settings, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important — an export function is provided for this.

Third-party services

The app relies on Google for sign-in and calendar access, Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, AI providers for optional summaries, and public news publishers for headlines. Their own terms apply to those services. News headlines and article text remain the property of the publishers concerned and are shown for personal reading only.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including loss of data.

Contact

This site is operated privately. For any question about these terms, contact the operator at the email address associated with this installation.
